產(chǎn)品介紹iASPP(inhibitor of apoptosis stimulating protein of p53)regulator that plays a central role in regulation of apoptosis and transcription via its interaction with NF-kappa-B and p53/TP53 proteins. Blocks transcription of HIV-1 virus by inhibiting the action of both NF-kappa-B and SP1. Also inhibits p53/TP53 function, possibly by preventing the association between p53/TP53 and ASPP1 or ASPP2, and therefore suppressing the subsequent activation of apoptosis. Highly expressed in heart, placenta and prostate. Weakly expressed in brain, liver, skeletal muscle, testis and peripheral blood leukocyte. Belongs to the ASPP family.

Function:
Regulator that plays a central role in regulation of apoptosis and transcription via its interaction with NF-kappa-B and p53/TP53 proteins. Blocks transcription of HIV-1 virus by inhibiting the action of both NF-kappa-B and SP1. IASPP(inhibitory member of the ASPP family) 是新近發(fā)現(xiàn)的高度保守的p53相關(guān)基因, 是細(xì)胞凋亡ASPP家族的另一個(gè)成員。
iASPP能夠抑制ASPP1,2的促凋亡作用,其蛋白產(chǎn)物定位于細(xì)胞核內(nèi),具有結(jié)合NF-κB p65亞基和p53功能,進(jìn)而抑制NF-κB的轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)節(jié)和p53對(duì)凋亡的調(diào)節(jié)功能。
研究者發(fā)現(xiàn)iASPP蛋白,能夠干擾p53基因發(fā)揮正常的促使細(xì)胞死亡的作用。這就意味著iASPP在正常細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)化為癌癥細(xì)胞方面起著重要的促進(jìn)作用,即iASPP具有促進(jìn)癌變的功能。表達(dá)位置:細(xì)胞漿,部分細(xì)胞核。
